Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BongoDesk ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services

The Platform provides virtual phone numbers, SMS and call receiving, temporary email, Gmail aliases sourced only from accounts the Platform owns and manages, a manual number marketplace, wallet payments, and an API. Number availability and third-party acceptance of codes are not guaranteed.

3. Eligibility & lawful use

You must be of legal age and use the Platform only for lawful, authorized purposes. You may not use the Platform to bypass security systems, CAPTCHAs, phone verification, device checks, or any platform restriction, nor to impersonate others or commit fraud.

4. Prohibited activity

You may not use the Platform for fraud, impersonation, spam, banking abuse, financial accounts, government accounts, crypto wallets, harassment, or any illegal activity. We do not sell Gmail, social media, fake, or hacked accounts. Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances obtained through abuse.

5. Wallet, payments & crypto

Wallet balances are credited only after backend-verified payment confirmation. Crypto deposits must use the exact network specified (USDT TRC20). Wrong-network or wrong-asset transfers may be unrecoverable. Only confirmed on-chain transactions or signed payment webhooks credit your account.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Refunds for failed numbers are issued only after the provider confirms the number expired or was released without delivering an SMS.

7. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys. We may rate-limit, review, or suspend accounts showing abusive or high-risk behaviour.

8. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost codes, or third-party service rejections.

9. Changes
