Refund Policy

1. Failed SMS numbers
If a rented number expires or is released by the provider without delivering an SMS, the held funds are automatically returned to your wallet once the provider confirms the result. Refunds are never issued solely because you clicked "Cancel" — we first confirm the supplier outcome.
2. Successful deliveries
Once an SMS is received on the number, the order is complete and non-refundable.
3. Wallet deposits
Crypto and gateway deposits credited to your wallet are generally non-refundable but remain available as balance for future use. Overpayments may be credited to your wallet where enabled.
4. Marketplace unlocks
Pay-to-view unlocks reveal seller content immediately and are non-refundable, except where the listing is found to be fraudulent or in breach of policy, subject to admin review and dispute resolution.
5. Packages
Packages marked refundable may be refunded pro-rata at admin discretion. Non-refundable packages are final once activated.
6. Requesting a refund
Open a refund request from your dashboard or contact support. Decisions are at the Platform's reasonable discretion in line with this policy.
